Our 5 Favourite Pairings under 500 Calories

Hands up if being healthier is one of your New Year’s resolutions too? Well I have some great news - choosing healthier choices doesn’t mean missing out. Here are some of my favourite coffee and food pairings which all come in under 500 calories. Enjoy!

1. Salted Caramel Pecan Petite Bar (248 calories) & Tall Caramel Macchiato (179 calories)

Salted caramel and chocolate filling with a layer pecans on top of a butter shortbread crust, paired with freshly steamed milk with vanilla-flavoured syrup, marked with espresso and finished with caramel sauce.

2. Any Skinny Muffin (all under 400 calories) & a Tall Cappuccino (91 calories)

A skinny twist on any of the classic Starbucks® muffins, paired with espresso with steamed milk, topped with a deep layer of foam.

3. All Day Breakfast Panini (348 calories) & a Grande Americano (11 calories)

A stone-baked ciabatta sandwich with free-range egg, loin of bacon and mushrooms, paired with rich, full-bodied espresso with hot water.
