How do I report a lost or stolen Starbucks Card?
Please call customer care on 020 8834 5050 to report a registered card as lost or stolen. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm.
Are Starbucks Cards accepted in all your UK and Ireland stores?
We have over 700 company owned and run stores across the UK and Ireland located in shopping centres and high streets which are able to accept Starbucks Cards. There are a small number of stores which are not wholly company owned and are not able to accept Starbucks Cards. These include concessions located within leisure facilities such as Centre Parcs, Village Hotels, Bourne Leisure and non BAA airports.

Can I use my Starbucks Card when I travel internationally?
Starbucks Cards activated in any of the participating countries can be used to make purchases and be reloaded in any other participating country. Starbucks Cards must first be activated by loading money onto the card in the country of purchase before being used internationally. The participating countries are; UK, USA, Canada, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, Mexico, and the Republic of Ireland.
