Where can I find nutritional information on my favourite Starbucks food and beverages?
A number of our customers have asked for this, so now this information is clearly displayed on sandwich packaging. Our staff will be able to tell you all about the nutritional content of our other food and beverages: they’re a knowledgeable lot. If you can’t get to a store, our Customer Care team will be delighted to help. Give them a call.

When I purchase Starbucks whole bean coffee from my Starbucks store, can I have it ground?
Not only will we do it with a smile, but completely free of charge. Have a chat with one of our Baristas and tell them how you make your coffee at home. Remember, you’ll need it ground differently depending on which kind of brewing kit you use.

I don’t live near a Starbucks store but would like to purchase coffee/mugs online. Is this possible?
Sorry, but we don’t currently offer a mail order service through the UK site.
What do I do if there is fault with merchandise I have purchased at Starbucks?
Your local Store Manager will do whatever they can to help. Or you can get in touch with our Customer Care team.
Does Starbucks offer franchises in the UK and abroad?
At the moment, we don’t offer individual franchises in the UK or abroad. We do, however, offer the opportunity to license Starbucks retail stores with major food service providers.
