When I purchase Starbucks whole bean coffee from my Starbucks store, can I have it ground?
Not only will we do it with a smile, but completely free of charge. Have a chat with one of our Baristas and tell them how you make your coffee at home. Remember, you’ll need it ground differently depending on which kind of brewing kit you use.
What do I do if there is fault with merchandise I have purchased at Starbucks?
Your local Store Manager will do whatever they can to help. Or you can get in touch with our Customer Care team.
