This survey contains a short series of questions about the products you have purchased from our new food range in one of our pilot stores. Your feedback is completely anonymous and will be used to make improvements to our offer going forwards. We greatly value your time and any feedback you can provide.

Purchase an item from our new food range in one of our pilot stores

When you purchase an item from our new food range in one of our pilot stores, your barista will give you an invite card, inviting you to take part in our survey. Please see below the products in our new food range:

Scan the QR code on the card to complete the survey on your device to be awarded with an offer when you're done.

Get your offer

On completion of the survey, you will see a discount code on screen. Write the code onto your invite card, and bring this card (including discount code) back into store to redeem your offer! The offer has to be redeemed in the store where you purchased the product by 31st August 2024. On redemption, the barista in-store will take the card from you.

Once completed, please write the discount code shown on screen onto your original invite card and bring this into the store where you purchased the product to redeem the offer. 

The discount entitles you to £1 off when you spend £6 or more in a single transaction (after valid offers have been applied). Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, except those offered by Starbucks^® Rewards and our own reusable cup scheme.

Offer redeemable only in the store where you purchased the new food product and received the invite card. Redeem offer by handing in the invite card plus discount code to the barista when ordering. Offer not redeemable on Starbucks^® Card activation or reload balances.

Offer not redeemable when placing mobile orders via the Starbucks^® UK app or when ordering via Starbucks^® Delivers.

The discount code is valid until 31st August 2024.
